TNGS Return Policy
Returning Items
Items purchased from towngosolutions.com are easily returned
within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Items that are received broken must be
returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
To initiate a return of an item, please login to your account on
towngosolutions.com. Once logged in, go to your Account page and click on view
details on the order containing the item(s) you would like to return. Then
click the Add New RMA button. You can also call or email a customer service
representative. Once the RMA is initiated, you will be sent instructions for
returning the item.
Returns that are not a result of our error will require postage to
be paid by the purchaser. If an exchange is being made, postage will need to be
paid by the purchaser on the new shipment as well.
Broken items purchased from towngosolutions.com can only be
returned if:
- The return is
packaged and shipped in the original packaging.
- You ship your
return within 7 days of receipt of the original shipment.
Items purchased from towngosolutions.com that are being returned
for any other reason can only be returned if:
- The return is
packaged and shipped in the original packaging.
- The item is
still in new condition.
- EVO products
cannot be returned once package is open
- You ship your
return within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment.
Any returns that do not meet the above qualifications may receive
a reduced refund or be returned to the purchaser. Returns that are found to not
be the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will
be deducted from the refund. Any item that is
returned for any reason that's not Tow N Go's or the manufacturers fault the
purchaser will have to pay a 15% restocking fee.
Items with A Published
Manufacturer's Warranty
Tow-N-Go Solutions will directly honor a manufacturer's published
warranty. Please contact Tow-N-Go CS for
assistance with a warranty claim.
